How much does shipping cost for pool tables?
We offer flat-rate freight shipping for all full-sized pool tables. Curbside delivery is standard, but white-glove professional installation can be added at checkout for an additional fee.
Do your cues come with a warranty?
Yes, all our premium cues include a 1-year manufacturer warranty against craftsmanship defects and warping, provided they are stored in a climate-controlled environment.
Can I return a cue if I don't like the weight?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused cues in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved or chalked cues are ineligible for return.
What is the difference between standard and professional billiard cloth?
Professional cloth, often called 'worsted wool,' has no nap and provides a much faster, more consistent ball roll compared to the fuzzy woolen cloth found on recreational tables.
How do I know which cue tip size to choose?
Most house cues use a 13mm tip for stability, while advanced players often prefer 11.75mm to 12.5mm tips for increased spin control and precision.
