  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that pool cues are well-protected to prevent warping or damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
